Warranty Coverage:

1. A valid original receipt issued by the company or its authorized agents (Note 1), or a photo of the receipt or online purchase proof must be presented. The customer must also provide contact name, phone number, purchase date, and other relevant details.
2. The warranty period starts from the date of purchase. Customers are responsible for keeping the receipt or product box label (if any) for record purposes.
3. Warranty service covers part failures under normal usage within the warranty period. If repairs or replacements are not possible due to discontinued parts, out-of-stock issues, or other factors, the company reserves the right to replace the product with a similar item of equivalent grade.

Newtral products come with a 5-year limited warranty, effective from the date of purchase.

The warranty applies under normal usage conditions and includes the following components:
