下單後甚麼時候送貨?
「有庫存」的產品一般於下單購買後14個工作天內安排送達,需訂貨的產品則一般需時3-6星期。送貨時間為星期一至六11:00am-7:00pm,星期日及公眾假期不設送貨。
訂購產品需時多久?
有現貨的產品3-14天送貨;需訂貨的產品一般需時3-6星期,訂購產品包括: 沒有庫存、訂造指定顏色、訂造指定尺寸、批量採購產品等等。歡迎向我們客服查詢預計送貨時間。
送貨服務範圍包括哪裡?
免費送貨及安裝服務包括九龍,新界,香島區,東涌及馬灣,但不包括愉景灣及離島,愉景灣加HK$250,離島地區只能安排送到中環港外線碼頭。
我可以指定送貨的日期和時間嗎?
客戶可以指定送貨日期,只要在網店下單時,在「購物車」頁面的備註欄上填上你指定的送貨日期便可,或是直接聯絡我們的客服,我們會盡力安排。
我想更改訂單的送貨時間或地址?
請在送貨日前最少兩個工作天聯絡客服,我們會盡力安排。若訂單已出貨便不會再接受任何更改,否則顧客可能須繳付額外行政費才可另作安排。
有樓梯搬運附加費嗎?
If the building does not have an elevator or the purchased goods cannot fit into the elevator and need to be transported upstairs via stairs, the customer must pay a stair fee. A six-step staircase or more is counted as one floor.
Table/Chair: $120 per floor
Sofa/Sofa Bed: $200 per floor
From the fourth floor onwards, the fee is doubled for each floor. For the eighth floor and above, please contact customer service for further discussion.
送貨條款
Delivery Terms and Conditions
- Products in stock are generally delivered within 14 working days after order placement. Products requiring ordering typically take 3–6 weeks, depending on supply and transportation factors. (Note: Adjustable beds are excluded from this estimate.)
- Delivery hours are Monday to Saturday, 11:00am–7:00pm. No delivery on Sundays or public holidays.
- The recipient must be 18 years or older. Signing upon receipt confirms acceptance and that the product is in satisfactory condition. After signing, the company is not responsible for issues such as incorrect model, color, style, or cosmetic defects (e.g. scratches, stains, uneven patterns).
- Delivery areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, New Territories, Tung Chung, and Ma Wan. Discovery Bay and Outlying Islands are excluded (Discovery Bay incurs an extra $250 charge). For outlying islands, delivery is only available to Central Outlying Ferry Pier. Please contact customer service for inquiries.
- For purchases over $5,000, free delivery and installation are provided. For orders below $5,000, a $300 delivery and installation fee applies.
- If the building has no elevator or the product cannot fit in the elevator, a staircase fee applies: $120 per floor (6 steps = 1 floor). From the 4th floor onward, the fee is doubled. For 8 floors or above, please contact customer service.
- If delivery requires hoisting through a balcony or the environment does not permit delivery, service will not be provided.
- Customers must protect their furniture, flooring, walls, and decorations during delivery and installation. The company is not liable for any damage.
- If a 5.5-ton or larger truck cannot reach the building entrance and must be pushed over 50 meters, an administrative fee applies. Please inquire with the company.
- If parking fees are required at the delivery location, they must be paid by the customer. Refusal to pay will result in cancellation of delivery.
- Products must be received within 90 days of purchase. Otherwise, the company reserves the right to forfeit payment and dispose of the goods.
- Incorrect or incomplete delivery information may cause delays. Please ensure accuracy when placing your order.
- If the customer misses the scheduled delivery, a rescheduling fee and transportation fee will apply.
- If the customer reschedules without notice, and delivery is attempted as scheduled, an additional $200 per trip will be charged.
- To change delivery time or address, notify customer service at least 2 working days in advance (Tel: 2331 3720 / 2331 3996). Otherwise, a $300 administrative fee applies. No returns or exchanges will be accepted due to this.
- Scheduled delivery dates and times are estimates only. The company is not liable for delays.
- The company is not responsible for delays or failure to deliver due to uncontrollable events, including war, riots, natural disasters, fire, government trade restrictions, explosions, or other emergencies.
- For undelivered goods, the company’s liability is limited to refund of the invoice amount, excluding promotional vouchers.
- If Typhoon Signal No. 8 or above or Black Rainstorm Warning is in effect, delivery services will be suspended and rescheduled. No compensation will be provided.
