Inspiration Cube 2.0 is an independent, movable noise-reduction space that can be used to create multi-functional creative products with high comfort and privacy in most open spaces. Individual phone pods, individual focus pods, creative pods, or team communication and collaboration pods can be provided according to user requirements. Larger sizes of multi-person meeting pods are also available upon request. Inspiration Cube is suitable for office buildings, hotels, KTV, bars, cafes, airports, libraries, shopping malls, and other commercial spaces. The Inspiration Cube is not only a product, but also provides another possibility for work and life space, offering a unique pure land for all creative people.

Features

  • Fully modular quick-assembly design. An industry-first, the fastest and most efficient installation takes only 30 minutes (skilled workers can complete installation within 45 minutes using diagrams and videos). It utilizes a minimalist standardized modular system consisting of six components: ceiling, base, glass door, and side walls, making setup effortless.
  • The main frame is constructed from 6063-T5 refined aluminum alloy profiles combined with high-quality 0.8mm cold-rolled steel plates (1.2mm for the Professional Version). The surface features AkzoNobel or equivalent electrostatic powder coating, with adhesion meeting cross-cut test standards.
  • Acoustic Materials: SGS-certified sound insulation of 32±4 dB. The interior features E1-grade polyester fiber sound-absorbing panels + cavity-filled acoustic cotton + soundproof felt, with high-quality cold-rolled steel exterior coating. All internal and external gaps are filled with EVA acoustic strips to completely isolate rigid sound conductors. The main acoustic materials are waterproof, zero-emission, flame-retardant, acid-resistant, salt-resistant, corrosion-resistant, and odorless.
  • The Basic Version features 8mm glass with silk-screened characteristic markings (Professional Version features 5+1.14pvb+5mm laminated glass). The glass is 3C-certified, safe, and soundproof tempered glass.
  • The ventilation system utilizes a dual-cycle fresh air system (top-in, bottom-out). It does not create negative or positive pressure inside the pod, ensuring the temperature difference with the external environment does not exceed 2°C.
  • Equipped with stainless steel handles (Professional Version features solid beech wood handles).
  • Lighting System: Supports operation via automatic motion sensors or manual control. The light source complies with visual health standards, utilizing adjustable 3000-4000-6000K natural color temperature LED lighting.
  • All components are flat-packed in a single box for convenience.

Delivery method

What are the delivery and installation charges?

Free delivery & assembly available for order purchased over HK$5,000(Installation service available for desk and chair products only); a basic Fee of delivery & assembly HK$300 required for order purchase amount under HK$5,000. 

 

Do large furniture products have a delivery fee?

For some large furniture products such as wall beds, sofas, dining tables, storage cabinets, etc., orders over $5,000 are eligible for free delivery and installation services. If the order amount does not reach the specified threshold, a delivery and installation fee of HKD $200 will be charged.

 

When will the delivery be made after placing an order?

"In stock" products delivery is usually scheduled within 14 working days after the order placed. Products ordering generally take 3-6 weeks. Delivery service available from Monday to Saturday between 11:00 AM and 7:00 PM, and no delivery service on Sundays and public holidays.

 

Expedited Delivery Service

If you require expedited delivery, we can assist in arranging same day van delivery service. Please note that the car delivery service does not include on-site installation. Customers will need to receive and install the items themselves. Additional charges is needed for the car delivery service, and for more details, please contact our customer service.

 

How long does it take to order a product?

Generally take 3-6 weeks. These include products that are out of stock, customized colors or sizes, and bulk purchases. Feel free to contact our customer service for estimated delivery times.

 

What is the delivery service coverage?

Standard delivery areas include Hong Kong Island, Kowloon, and the New Territories, excluding Tung Chung, Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, and Outlying Islands. Tung Chung & Ma Wan: An additional surcharge of HK$80 applies. Discovery Bay: An additional surcharge of HK$250 applies. Outlying Islands: Delivery can only be arranged to the Central Outlying Island Ferry Piers. For further inquiries, please contact our customer service team.

 

Can I specify the delivery date and time?

Customers can specify the delivery date by filling in the "Remarks" section during the online checkout process or by contacting our customer service. We will do our best to accommodate your request.

 

Can I change the delivery time or address of my order?

Please contact customer service at least two working days before the delivery date. Once an order has been shipped out, no further changes can be made. In such cases, additional administrative fees may apply for re-arranging the delivery. If the customer is not present during the agreed delivery time, a re-delivery will incur an additional fee of HK$200.

 

Any additional charges for carrying items up stairs?

If the building does not have an elevator or the purchased goods cannot fit into the elevator and need to be transported upstairs via stairs, the customer must pay a stair fee. A six-step staircase or more is counted as one floor.

Table/Chair: $120 per floor
Sofa/Sofa Bed: $200 per floor

From the fourth floor onwards, the fee is doubled for each floor. For the eighth floor and above, please contact customer service for further discussion.

 

Any additional charges if parking fee is needed?

If parking fees are required at the delivery location, the customer is responsible for paying the fees.

 

Under what circumstances will the delivery service be interrupted?

Delayed delivery may occur if the address or phone number provided is incorrect. Delivery services may also be delayed, suspended, or canceled due to a typhoon signal of eight or above, a black rainstorm warning, or other force majeure clauses. In such cases, re-delivery arrangements will be made.
