- Free delivery & assembly above purchase HK$1,000 for VIP; additional Fee of delivery & assembly HK$200 under purchase HK$1,000.
- Free delivery service is valid for Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories; surcharge HK$80 for Tung Chung and Ma Wan, HK$180 for Discovery Bay; for outlying islands and remote areas, please contact us for details
- Delivery will be arranged within 14 days after transaction. No delivery services on Sunday and Public Holidays. Delivery on Mon. to Sat.: 11am-7pm only. HK$200 surcharge for delivery after 7pm applies.
- Parking fee is charged to customer if required.
- For addresses without lift facilities, there will be charges of HK$50 per floor under 40 Kg, HK$100 per floor for items over 40 Kg, and double charges for delivery cost per floor from 6th floor onwards.
- For delivery date change, please contact us 1 day in advance (otherwise HK$200 surcharge applies). If customer is not present at delivery time, there will be HK$200 surcharge for another delivery arrangement.
- Incorrect address or number may result in delay of delivery. Delivery service will be postponed or cancelled for Black Rain or above no. 8 Typhoon signal.
